The Game has been ordered to pay $7.1 million to a former contestant on a VH1 reality dating show, “She’s Got Game”. The woman claims that during filming, The Game sexually assaulted her.

The Game tried to put the blame on Viacom, the company over VH1, saying they casted her knowing she had a history of mental health issues and criminal history. The judge sided with Viacom, agreeing to dismiss the case against the company, landing the large payment back on The Game. Adding that Viacom’s decision to cast Priscilla Rainey as freedom of speech.
