President Donald Trump has sent troops to the Mexican border in an attempt to stop people trying to cross the border. Around this time of March, as the weather gets warmer, history shows that the number of individuals crossing the border does go up. Even thought, right now, the numbers for people crossing the border is at a historical low. And to prove Trump wrong even more, Homeland security determined that right now, the border is the most secure it has ever been.
Trump has sent troops to the wall but we still dont know how many troops have been sent, how long they will be deployed, how much it will cost and where they will go.
