Nick Gordon, the ex of Bobbi Kristina, was arrested last month for domestic violence after he called the cops on his girlfriend for putting hands on him and throwing a bottle at him. When cops arrived, Laura Leal, his girlfriend, told police Nick was the one who put hands on her first, and she had physical proof on her body.
In new details, Laura has recanted her original statement, denying that Nick put hands on her. Without any independent witnesses, prosecutors cannot move forward with charges.
