Lil Wayne is not giving up on his $51 million that Birdman owes him. In February, the Young Money rapper filed a motion forcing Birdman and Cash Money Records to produce the accounting documents needed for the legal case that has been going on for nearly 4 years now. But get this, the label has no accounting records, no general ledger, no bank account records and no tax returns. What?!?!

Wayne is also requesting paperwork on Drake and Nicki Minaj going as far back as 2011, but no documents have been produced yet. Cash Money claims to have no documents on either Drake or Nicki.

Unless Cash Money admits to criminal failure to file tax returns for 2011 to present, Cash Money must produce these returns.

Wayne is suing Birdman for $51 million and to be released from his contract with Cash Money Records. The $51 million is to compensate for the owed pay as well as damages for his album, Tha Carter 5, not being released.

In other Wayne news, he has been order take a paternity test for a woman claiming he is the father of her son. Wayne never replied to the court documents, therefore he was ordered to pay her $5,000 in child support off default.
