In 2015 rapper 6ix9ine was in an Harlem apartment where a 13-year old girl was video tapped giving oral sex to a friend while 6ix9ine was in the background slapping her butt and making thrusting movements.

6ix9ine took a plea deal in a child sex tape case. The deal included 300 hours of community service, 2 years of probation, no posting of sexually explict images of women or children,writting a letter to the victims family and obtaining a GED. 6ix9ine told the jugde that he passed every test for his GED except for the science test,n return the judge has delayed the case until April 10th.
