Congrats to Kim K & Kanye West who have just welcomed their third child into the world!

Kim announced the healthy 7lbs, 6oz baby girl’s birth on Monday morning. Kim made sure to thank the surrogate who “made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give.”

Ending the announcement with “North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.”

Kim has placenta accreta, a life-threatening condition that creates serious complications during pregnancy, forcing her to use a surrogate.

Congrats on the baby girl! Any guesses on what the name will be?
