2 Chainz may have a lawsuit against Walmart!
Apparently Walmart has ripped him off by selling their own “Dabbing Santa” sweaters, something Chainz started back in 2015 to raise money for those less fortunate. Chainz has not said exactly if he’ll be lawyering up or not, keeping his “we’ll see” consistent, but he did make a post on his IG with the caption,
“Oooh nooo someone please tell Walmart that they didn’t get permission to use this patent or likeness in anyway. We use this sweater this time of year to spread togetherness and also give back to those who are less fortunate or not able to provide for their families at the time 🙏🏿…That being said it’s gone be a Jolly Holly Xmas”
Looks like a lawsuit could be in Walmarts new future.
