The man who has robbed banks in Morehead City and Havelock, has been arrested and will face charges for the armed robberies.

According to Jacksonville Police, on Thursday, Christopher Byran Singleton, 42, of Swansboro, robbed the First Citizens Bank on Western Blvd. While wearing a mask, he entered the bank, and handed the teller a note. He then left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was hurt. The robbery was captured on surveillance cameras.
