Over the weekend, Kodak Black was arrested on his way to perform at the Rolling Loud festival.

Federal prosecutors are now saying that Kodak was arrested for lying on applications to purchase guns. He allegedly lied on two separate occasions and was able to purchase guns.

Kodak claimed he was no under indictment by checking the “no” box on the form, when actually he is indicted for sexually assaulting a teenage girl in 2016. A case that is still on-going. If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison for first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Kodak will be a judge on Wednesday, May 15th.
