Victim in Tekashi69’s Assault Case Doesn’t Want Him to Be Prosecuted

Tekashi69 assault might just get tossed after the victim involved in the incident showed up in court to show Tekashi support. Back in May, Houston issued a warrant for Tekashi’s arrest after a 16-year-old accused him of choking him out over a cell phone recording.

According to TMZ, Santiago Albarran said he ran into the rainbow-haired rapper at the Galleria and started recording him. That’s when 6ix9ine demanded Albarran delete the video and then processed to wrap his hands around his neck.”

Tekashi’s lawyer claims Albarran showed up for the rapper’s hearing in Houston on his own. The victim did not speak much’; however, he did say he didn’t want to see the rapper be prosecuted.

TMZ says Albarran’s request doesn’t seem to have any effect on the case. The two have settled their differences.
